Booking Configuration
The period
The period of your stay (during the period you wish to use the BepocketWIFI).
For this, please set up the date of beginning / the date of end.
The date of beginning is the date from which we provide your bepocketwifi.
The date of end is the date from which you return it to us. (return by post or return to our partner).
The BePocketWifi will be sent to you by post. We will need minimum 5 days to deliver it to you in the best conditions.
Connection zone
It defines the geographic zone where the BEPOCKETWIFI is operational :
- In Belgium, for the use only in Belgium.
- For Europe, for the use in the below-mentioned countries.
Data volume
It defines the maximum available data volume that you can exchange during your stay. Beyond this limit, the service of connection will not be assured.
However, if you keep going to use it, the additional consumption will be invoiced according to our general conditions of sale base on the tariff regulated by the European Commission. (Euro Tarif Roaming).
Battery
The BepocketWifi has a battery autonomy of 6 hours for normal use.
We offer the possibility to reserve an external battery (reservation or purchase).
Description of the external battery:
- Batterie lithium 2000 mAh
- Durée de vie ~500 cycles
- Cable USB/Micro-USB
In case of intensive use of BePcoketWIFI, the external battery will allow you to extend 4 hours of use of the Bepocketwifi.
This battery can be also used for your cell phone
You can use the BepocketWIFI charger to charge the BePocketWIFI battery.
NB : In case of purchase, the charger is not included in the delivery.

We suggest different means of delivery :
- Any address in Belgium
- Any address in Europe
- Any address on over the world
- a list of pick-up points already pre-selected

You have also the possibility to deliver the parcel BePocketWifi to any address in Belgium or in Europe
Return
The parcel will be delivered together with a return envelop which is already stamped in case of delivery in Belgium). You need only to post the letter
If you pick up your BePocketWifi at a pick-up desk, you can also return it there without extra-cost.
You can also have the possibility to return it by your own means to BePocketWifi, Boulevard Initialis 28 à 7000 Mons Belgique during the allowed period.
